A crash on westbound 94 at Radio Drive has cleared. It's 10 minutes from Radio to 35E. Ahead, it's another 10 to reach downtown Minneapolis.
Northbound 35W is 13 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minnepolis. Look for heavy levels from 42nd Street to the downtown Minneapolis exits.
