A tanker that is leaking its fuel is off to the right on the ramp from westbound Hwy. 36 to Dale Street. The Patrol has shut down the ramp.

It's a 25 minute drive on Hwy. 36 from White Bear Avenue to Hwy. 280.

A vehicle left the road on northbound Hwy. 52 at Plato Blvd. Ambulances have just left the scene, but motorists are rubbernecking creating a backup.

Look for a wreck on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 62 at Lyndale Avenue.

Major delays remain on westbound 94 in the east metro, southbound 494 in the west metro and northbound 35 in the south metro.

It's gong to be a while before things shake loose.
