A crash that plugged traffic on southbound 35E at County Road J has cleared and that is allowing things to open up. Ahead, thing are moving quite well through the work zone from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. That is now only 15 minutes.
Southbound 35W is sputtering in spots between Lexington Avenue and downtown Minneapolis. Total travel time is 28 minutes.
Northbound 35W is inching along from County 42 over the Minnesota River. Ahead, things do thin out from 94th Street up to Crosstown. That is running at 20 minutes.
