The drive along northbound Hwy. 169 from Canterbury Road up to 494 continues to be busy. Things bog down from the Bloomington Ferry Bridge up to 494. That is now running at 20 minutes.
Westbound 94 is the real trouble spot. Crashes at Cretin and Prior Avenues have drivers taking 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.
A new crash is blocking on Hwy. 100 at 36th Street. Look for delays in both directions.
