Traffic slows on eastbound 694 due to a stall blocking the left lane at Long Lake Road in New Brighton. Brake lights come on at Central Avenue.

Ahead, things loosen up once past 5th Avenue.

In Bloomington, the wreck on northbound 35W at Cliff Road had cleared but prepare for the lingering delays from Hwy. 13 past the scene.
