The rush hour is returning to normal travel times in most places, but an earlier crash in downtown Minneapolis on I-94 still has traffic sluggish and tight.

Westbound 94 is at 18 to 20 minutes from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel with a pocket of slow and go traffic in place from Hwy. 280 over to La Salle Avenue.

Northbound 35W has pockets of congestion from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. From Burnsville to downtown is 28 minutes.

A stall in the right lane has westbound Crosstown bunching up approaching Xerxes Avenue in Edina.
