8:20 a.m. update: Ramp jam and congestion on Hwy. 61

With Warner Road closed from Hwy. 61 to Highwood Avenue in St. Paul, drivers are stuck on Hwy. 61 approaching I-94. A crash blocking part of the ramp to westbound 94 is not helping matters. Look for a nice delay coming up from Highwood Avenue.

With Warner Road closed from Hwy. 61 to Highwood Avenue in St. Paul, drivers are stuck on Hwy. 61 approaching I-94. A crash blocking part of the ramp to westbound 94 is not helping matters. Look for a nice delay coming up from Highwood Avenue.

Traffic is cramming up on the westbound Crosstown due to a stall at Lyndale Avenue.

Northbound 169 is starting to see some improvement. Travel times are dropping as volumes decrease across the Minnesota River bridge.
