Commuters on northbound Snelling Avenue are getting caught in traffic. A crash near the fairgrounds has traffic barely moving.

As we move into the final stages of the rush hour, we still have a number of other trouble spots:

Westbound Crosstown at Tracy Avenue
Westbound 494 at Penn Avenue and eastbound at Cedar Avenue
Southbound 35W at Lexington Avenue
Eastbound Hwy. 36 at Dale Street
Westbound 694 at 35W
Southbound 169 at Valley View Road
