Congestion has loosened on many routes as we head into the latter stages of the rush hour, but a few routes are still very slow. They include I-94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul and Cedar Avenue and 35W in the south metro. Here are current travel times:

North metro

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 17 minutes with another 11 to downtown Minneapolis

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 20 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 13 minutes

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 10 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 15 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 17 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Crosstown: 19 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 18 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 16 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 19 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 17 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 17 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 9 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 9 minutes. Eastbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 10 minutes.

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 14 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 20 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton Street to 35W: 6 minutes.
