The slowness on northbound 35E heading into St. Paul can be attributed to a new fender bender between Randolph Avenue and Jefferson Avenue.

In the west metro, look out for a wreck on southbound 494 between 49th Avenue and Rockford Road. That's making for a 20-minute ride from the Fish Lake interchange to 394.
