Three vehicles are now parked on the right shoulder, but one more is protruding into the left lane on southbound 35E near County Road H2. Traffic is stacking up quickly.
Elsewhere, it's just slow, slow and slower on northbound 35W from County Road 42 up to downtown Minneapolis. That trip is now at 30 minutes.
Cedar Avenue is still struggling to get back to normal. It's 24 minutes from County 42 up to the Crosstown.
