A stalled vehicle in the left lane is causing traffic on eastbound 394 to plug up west of Hwy. 100. The stall is just east of the Hwy. 100 interchange.

A stalled vehicle in the left lane is causing traffic on eastbound 394 to plug up west of Hwy. 100. The stall is just east of the Hwy. 100 interchange.

That might makle the 14-minute drive from 494 to downtown Minneapolis even longer.
