An incident on southbound Hwy. 100 at 42nd Avenue tied up traffic for nearly an hour, but now that it has been resolved, traffic is beginning to return to normal. Expect delays of a few minutes from I-94 down to Hwy. 55.

There is word that hunk of concrete is obstructing traffic on the ramp at I-94 and Hwy. 252. Steer clear.

It's still a tough drive on westbound 94 from east of downtown St. Paul over to Minneapolis. Plan on 45 minutes from White Bear Avenue to 35W.

The Crosstown in plugged up in both directions between 28th Avenue and Hwy. 100. Plan on 20 to 25 minutes there.
