The heaviest traffic at this hour is on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. That is taking 17 to 20 minutes.

Look for a stall taking out the left lane of westbound 94 at Prior Avenue. That is making the trip from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis 15 minutes.
