A tow is pulling the vehicle out of the ditch on northbound Hwy. 13 at Diffley Road. The right lane is blocked there.
The State Patrol is responding to a wreck on Hwy. 149 between Hwy. 110 and 494 in Eagan.
Otherwise, things are flowing smoothly in most places. You will find a minor slowdown on westbound 494 from Portland to Hwy. 100
And some slowing on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to County Road E2, but nothing like normal. It actually will seem fast.
