8:10 a.m. update: Slight improvement on I-94

Westbound 94 drivers are gaining some speed, but it might not be enough to make up for lost time. Currently all crashes that have plugged up the freeway all morning from Manning Avenue to downtown Minneapolis have cleared.

Westbound 94 drivers are gaining some speed, but it might not be enough to make up for lost time. Currently all crashes that have plugged up the freeway all morning from Manning Avenue to downtown Minneapolis have cleared.

It's 12 minutes from Johnson Pkwy. to Hwy. 280 and 18 minutes to reach 35W. That's down from about 30 minutes earlier this morning.

Eastbound 394 is running below the posted speeds from Hwy. 100 to Dunwoody Blvd. There you'll see a crash on the right shoulder. Westbound is slow from Hwy. 100 past the scene of a crash that just cleared at Winnetka Avenue.
