8:10 a.m. update: Current travel times

You hear all things on the scanner, including a report this morning of a horse galloping down the lanes of Hwy. 65 at 133rd Avenue in Ham Lake.

For those on wheels, look out for a fresh stall blocking a lane on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. That is adding to the nose to nose conditions that kick in at White Bear Avenue and remain that way over to Hamline Avenue.

Eastbound 94 crams from Franklin Avenue past Snelling Avenue. Look for a ramp jam form southbound Hwy. 280 to eastbound 94.

Northbound 35W parks itself at 46th Street. That's due to a wreck ahead at 37th Street.
