After a quiet start to the rush, four accidents have popped up in the past few minutes, perhaps due to the heavy rain that is moving through the metro.

The State Patrol is on the scene of a rollover crash on southbound 35W at County Road 23 in Lino Lakes. The action is on the right shoulder and ditch.

In New Hope, police are still on the scene of a right-lane blocking wreck at 36th Avenue on southbound Hwy. 169. Traffic jams at Rockford Road.

Southbound 35E has one lane blocked at Lone Oak Road in Eagan. The State Patrol is on the way to that crash.
