8:05 a.m. update: Wreck on the Dartmouth Bridge in DT Mpls.

Eastbound traffic on I-94 in downtown Minneapolis has two snags to deal with. The first is a crash that just moved from the center lane to the right shoulder. Ahead, the right lane is closed for noise wall work from Huron Blvd. to Hwy. 280.

Eastbound traffic on I-94 in downtown Minneapolis has two snags to deal with. The first is a crash that just moved from the center lane to the right shoulder. Ahead, the right lane is closed for noise wall work from Huron Blvd. to Hwy. 280.

This all adds up to congestion and as 12-minute trip from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to Huron Blvd.

Our other trouble spot is on the ramp from northbound 35E to westbound 694. A crash on the west end of the bridge has traffic at a standstill.

In White Bear Lake, it's a three-vehicle fender bender on northbound Century Avenue on the overpass at I-694.
