Commuters on northbound 35W will need about 13 minutes to get from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. An earlier incident near 31st Street is part of the problem.

From the north, a stall and crash at University Avenue and 4th Street are attracting attention from other drivers. Plan on 7 minutes from Hwy. 280 to I-94.

In Woodbury, a rollover crash is slowing traffic on westbound 94 near County Road 19.

Lookout for a spin out on the ramp from Maple Grove Pkwy. to eastbound 94. We've also got a crash on westbound Hwy. 5 near Hwy. 55.
