Speed up, slow down, that's the pattern on I-494 through Plymouth and Minnetonka. Southbound sputters in places from the Fish Lake Interchange to 394 while northbound looses steam from Minnetonka Blvd. up to 394.

In Bloomington, a broken down vehicle is on the right shoulder of eastbound 494 at France Avenue. It's 10 minutes from Flying Cloud Drive over to Cedar Avenue.
