8:05 a.m. update: New crash on Hwy. 36

A couple motorists collided on westbound Hwy. 36 at Fairview Avenue, and one slammed into the concrete median. The drivers are left shoulder, so use extreme caution as you travel through the crowded area. Traffic comes to a crawl at Snelling Avenue.
