Parking meters are free in Minneapolis and St. Paul Monday, but meters run by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board are still in force. Be sure to read the meter to know which rules are in effect for today.
The roads are still great shape in terms of traffic volumes, but levels are starting to pick up. Drivers on northbound 35W will see speeds drop a little between 50th Street and downtown Minneapolis. Levels are starting to build on eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to the Fish Lake Interchange.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to downtown Minneapolis: 15 minutes
Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 9 minutes.
Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 12 minutes
Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 10 minutes. Eastbound is 10 minutes.
