Traffic remains tight on southbound 35W from Shoreview to Roseville, even though a crash at County Road C has cleared.

In the south, northbound 35W struggles from County 42 to the Minnesota River and from 35th Street to downtown Minneapolis. A stall and crash at Lake Street have just been pushed out of the way, but look for flashing lights in the area.
