The newest incident on the system is a stall blocking the ramp from Cedar Lake Road to southbound Hwy. 169 in St. Louis Park.

That's nothing compared with the log jam on southbound 35E in St. Paul and Maplewood. A center-lane blocking crash has been in place for nearly an hour at University Avenue. Look for the tie up to begin at Roselawn Avenue. It's 15 to 18 minutes from 694 to 94.

On northbound 35W, things slow a bit approaching Cliff Road where we have a wreck. Ahead, a stall at 66th Street is taking out the right lane.

A car fire on northbound 35E has traffic slowing at Wagon Wheel Trail. Plan on 15 minutes from Pilot Knob Road to downtown.
