A crash involving a semi and a car is taking out the right and center lanes of northbound 35W north of County Road 42. Traffic crawls along from the Burnsville Split.
On the Crosstown, a wreck on the eastbound lanes at Wooddale Drive is contibuting to the slow roll from Shady Oak Road over to 35W. That is now at 15 to 17 minutes.
