Commuters on northbound Hwy. 100 are experiencing the residual effects of a crash on 394 at Penn Avenue. The squeeze is on from 50th Street up to 394.
Two lanes of eastbound 394 are blocked at Penn Avenue with an injury accident taking out the left and center lanes.
The other trouble spot is westbound Hwy. 10 at Ferry Street in Anoka. An accident has the right lane blocked. Traffic comes to a halt at 7th Avenue.
Northbound 35W has a stall blocking the HOT lane at Diamond Lake Road. Things get tight in the Crosstown Commons and remain that way up to 46th Street. Then things bog down again at Lake Street to downtown Minneapolis.
