7:55 a.m. update: Black ice possible

We have not had a lot of accidents or spinouts this morning, even though black ice is a possibility. On exception is eastbound Hwy. 36 at Dale Street. A motorist landed in the center median. Eastbound is jammed up from Hwy. 61 to 35W.

Traffic is coming to a crawl on southbound 35W approaching Industrial Blvd. The problem is ahead near the University Avenue/4th Street Exit. A crash is on the right shoulder.
