The current crashes are centered in the east metro and affecting drivers heading into downtown St. Paul.

The latest is on southbound 35E at Hwy. 36 in Little Canada. That is causing only minor delays.

Other trouble spots include a fender bender residing on the right shoulder of westbound 94 at White Bear Avenue. The ride from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul has been crummy all morning. It's currently at 28 minutes.

And now comes word of a crash on eastbound 94 near McKnight Road.

On a positive note, Hwy. 52 is recovering. The northbound lanes were plugged earlier due to a wreck at Plato Blvd. That crash is now gone. Also gone, a crash on westbound 94 at 35E.
