Look out for a traffic stop on eastbound 394 on the ramp to I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. Traffic slows approaching Dunwoody Blvd.

A stalled vehicle is being loaded onto a tow on westbound 394 near Penn Avenue.

The biggest delays at this hour are on 694 between Zane Avenue and 35W. Plan on 15 to 18 minutes in each direction.

I-94 westbound jams up at Mounds Blvd. and remains tight over to 35E. Ahead, things slow from Hwy. 280 over to 11th Avenue in Minneapolis.
