7:50 a.m. update: Slow going on 35W in south metro

A wreck on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 and a previous crash at Burnsville Pkwy. is all it took to create a nice bottleneck from Crystal Lake Road up to the river bridge. Ahead, things move pretty well with 25 minutes needed to get to downtown Minneapolis.
