Traffic is barely moving on westbound I-94 from Lexington Avenue to downtown Minneapolis. It's all because of an earlier stall at the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Eastbound 94 is tight from the tunnel past a crash near Hwy. 65. In Maple Grove, look for a right lane-blocking crash near Maple Grove Pkwy. An ambulance has just arrived on the scene.

Northbound 35E runs slow from Yankee Doodle Road past a stalled vehicle at Hwy. 110. Ahead, look for a pocket of congestion around Shepard Road.

Nobody is moving very fast on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. Eastbound traffic creeps along from Hwy. 212 to 35W. That is about 18 minutes.
