7:50 a.m. update: Current travel times

The car fire is out and emergency crews have left the scene on southbound 35E at County Road J. All lanes are now open, and that should help traffic shake loose. Delays still persist back to Main Street in the White Bear Lake/Hugo area.

Westbound 494 is plugged up from the Minnesota River bridge past the scene of a wreck involving six vehicles at Portland Avenue. Things are inching along, so plan for 15 minutes or more to get past Portland.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 25 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 19 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 12 minutes

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 25 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 12 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 12 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 29 minutes

South metro

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 11 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 23 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 9 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 10 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 9 minutes

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 22 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 13 minutes.
