A crash on eastbound Hwy. 212 at Dell Road has a little rubbernecking with it, and that has traffic slow from Hwy. 101 past the scene.

Westbound 94 has pockets of congestion from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul and ahead from Riverside Avenue to Park Avenue.

You'll find a crash invovling a semitrailer truck on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Hwy. 13. That's adding to the slow down the runs from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River Bridge.

There also is a wreck on westbound 494 at Cedar Avenue.
