A stalled vehicle has a lane blocked on eastbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. The stackup begins at Broadway.
The worst traffic is on southbound 35W. A crash at Hennepin Avenue has cleared, but the residual backup extends all the way back to Hwy. 10. It's close to 30 minutes from Lino Lakes to downtown Minneapolis.
That's also creating bumper to bumper conditions on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to 35W. Plan on 15 minutes there.
Eastbound Hwy. 212 remains a parking lot as crews work to clear a rollover accident at Shady Oak Road. Plan on 15 minutes coming in from Mitchell Road.
Westbound 494 is plugged up from Cedar Avenue to 35W. ANd you'll find building levels on northbound 35W from the Crosstown to 94.
