7:45 a.m. update: Snow arriving, crashes mounting

The flurries are flying in the south metro and perhaps that is contributing to a handful of recent accidents.

Two in the past few minutes on northbound 35W include a car-semi crash at Cliff Road and a fender bender in the backup at Cliff Road.

In the Midway area, look for a wreck on the right side of westbound 94 at Cretin Avenue. That's got brake lights coming on at Lexington Pkwy.

Travel time on southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to the Crosstown is now at 22 minutes. The major holdup is a vehicle fire at 50th Street taking out the left lane.
