Except for the black ice and the early rash of spin outs and crashes, the middle of the rush hour is settling down.
We currently have two crashes on the system. One is on the ramp from northbound Hwy. 100 at 394, There also is a wreck northbound Hwy. 169 at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. The back up goes back about a half mile.
Look for slow and go traffic on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to 35W. There also is a bunch up on southbound Hwy. 252 from 73rd Avenue to 694.
It's slow and go on both southbound 494 and Hwy. 169 from 94 down to Hwy. 55. And southbound 35W is sluggish from Hwy. 36 down to Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis.
