A big knot has formed on southbound Hwy. 169 from Anoka to Champlin due to a crash at 114th Avenue. Ahead, things jam up again from I-94 down to Cedar Lake Road.

The ramp closure on northbound 494 to eastbound 394 has traffic backed up more than 2 miles to Minnetonka Blvd.
