7:45 a.m. update: Big delays on Cedar Avenue

The 27-minute trip from 138th Street to the Crosstown along Cedar Avenue is largely due to a wreck at Cliff Road. It's a solid line of traffic that is barely moving. I 35W is a better drive today.
