Traffic is moving at a viscous dribble on many routes in the north metro. Just about everywhere you go things are locked up.

Here are some of the worst drives:

Eastbound 94 from the Crow River to the Fish Lake Interchange is still at nearly 30 minutes. Then east on 94 over to Hwy. 252 is another 20 to 25. Look for a stalled vehicle near Hwy. 252 and a spinout at Hemlock Lane.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 is at a standstill from Greenhaven to Round Lake Blvd. It's a good 20 minutes to reach 35W in Mounds View.

Both directions of 694 inch along between Hwy. 252 and 35W. The westbound lands bog down at Hwy. 61 over to Lexington Avenue.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is locked up from Hwy. 61 over to 35W. That is 20 minutes.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is a place where you might walk faster. It's a very slow roll from 94 down to I-394, that is 17 minutes.
