7:45 a.m. update: Abysmal on Hwy. 169, 35W

Traffic is at a crawl on northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. to 98th Street and the scene is about the same on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 83 up to 494. Both drives will take up to 20 minutes.

Traffic is at a crawl on northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. to 98th Street and the scene is about the same on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 83 up to 494. Both drives will take up to 20 minutes.

Look for a crash tangling traffic on southbound 35W at Hwy. 280. Westbound Hwy. 36 loses speed from Snelling Avenue to Hwy. 280.

Westbound 94 is well below the posted from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul. That is 22 minutes.

Those are the major choke points at this hour.
