- Southbound 35W at the I-694 interchange and at County Road E2
- Westbound 94 at Boone Avenue in Brooklyn Park
- Southbound Hwy. 52 at I-494 in South St. Paul
- Southbound 35W at Hiawatha Avenue in downtown Minneapolis
- Traffic lights not working properly on Hwy. 55 at 494. Delays back to Hwy. 101
