The rush hour is living up to its name as light levels of traffic are allowing commuters to zip along on most major routes.
Look out for some junk littering the road on eastbound 494 near France Avenue in Bloomington.
Later today, ramps from Penn Avenue to eastbound 494 and 35W to eastbound 494 will close and remain closed for the next couple months.
