Commuters can once again use the ramp from Cedar Avenue to eastbound I-94 in Minneapolis.
The ramp had been closed for about 30 minutes after a vehicle slipped off eastbound 94 and rolled down the embankment and landed on the entrance ramp.
On the westbound side of things, the fender bender at 5th Street has also been cleaned up, and that has traffic flowing fine into downtown.
