A fender bender on the right shoulder is attracting attention of passing motorists on southbound 94 at I-394. Thus, things are stacked up at Broadway and remain tight through the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

In Bloomington, westbound 494 has gone south in a hurry from 24th Avenue to Portland Avenue. A crash on the right shoulder is the culprit.
