Police in St. Paul are looking for a red SUV that struck a vehicle with three kids inside at Earl Street and Minnehaha. The SUV took off. Traffic lights are out as the vehicle that was hit collided with the semaphore.

In Lakeville, it's a crash in the left lane that's slowing traffic at County Road 50.

Look for another stall on eastbound 94 at Brockton Lane in Maple Grove. One on the ramp from westbound 94 to Riverside Avenue has been towed away.
