In Minneapolis, a fender bender on the left shoulder is adding to a nice line up heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel on eastbound 94.

The major tie up on the system is in downtown St. Paul. A vehicle heading west on 94 lost a tire, which flew over the concrete median and struck an eastbound vehicle at Wabasha Street.

Westbound traffic is plugged up starting at White Bear Avenue. Eastbound is slow starting at Dale Street.
