A mishap blocking two lanes of eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has traffic coming to a grind back at Portland Avenue in downtown Minneapolis.

A mishap blocking two lanes of eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has traffic coming to a grind back at Portland Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. There also is a stall on the right at 1st Avenue.

Southbound 35W is locked up from Lake Street past a crash that has moved to the right shoulder at 46th Street. Plan on 10 minutes to reach the Crosstown.
