7:35 a.m update: A tad slow on 94 in Minneapolis

It's a traffic stop on southbound 94 at Dowling Avenue that has a few drivers slowing down to take a look-see. Up to that point and beyond, traffic is moving at near the posted speeds. Look for the usual line up heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

It's a traffic stop on southbound 94 at Dowling Avenue that has a few drivers slowing down to take a look-see. Up to that point and beyond, traffic is moving at near the posted speeds. Look for the usual line up heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

The State Patrol is responding to a wreck on the ramp from Hwy. 169 to Canterbury Road in Shakopee.

Pockets of congestion are the worst of the problems on the roads at this hour. You'll encounter some:

  • Northbound 35W from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis
    • Westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to 7th Street in St. Paul
      • Northbound 35E from 494 to downtown St. Paul
        • Southbound Hwy. 100 and Hwy. 169 from 94 down to 394.
          • Westbound 35E to 35W in Roseville
