City streets are snow covered and icy, but mainline roads are mainly wet.

After a flurry of spinouts earlier this morning, it's all quiet on the highways and freeways. That's making for some nice drives. Here are some current travel times:

Southbound 35W from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280, 9 minutes.

Eastbound 394 from 494 to downtown Minneapolis, 9 minutes.

Southbound Hwy. 252 to 94 to downtown Minneapolis, 10 minutes.

Westbound 94 from Woodbury Drive to Marion Street, 10 minutes.

Southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to 394, 7 minutes.

Northbound Hwy. 100 from 494 to 394, 7 minutes.

Westbound Crosstown from 169 to 35W, 7 minutes.

Northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis, 6 minutes.

Southbound 494 from 94 to 394, 7 minutes.

494 in both directions from 169 to Cedar Avenue, 8 minutes.

Northbound 35E from County Road 42 to downtown St. Paul, 15 minutes.

94 in both directions between Minneapolis and St. Paul, 7 minutes.
